Your day-to-day job:
Managing customer orders (sales support)
You process incoming orders. You follow up, coordinate with logistics, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Be the voice (and ears) of WhiteFrontier
By email or phone, you respond, advise, resolve minor issues, and embody the brand with responsiveness and kindness.
Ensure smooth administrative follow-up
You manage all the details that make all the difference in a small, dynamic organization.
Support the team in the administration of their department
You work closely with other departments: production, marketing, Taproom.
Invoicing management
Accounting support
You will work closely with the accounting department.
Contributing to the life of the company
You will participate in team life, suggest ideas, and help organize a fondue or weekend beer, because a good spirit is also cultivated on a daily basis.
What we are looking for:
- CFC commercial employee qualification and at least 3 years' experience
- You can work independently as well as in a team
- Comfortable with accounting and figures
- Good language skills (FR + EN, DE a plus)
- You are proficient with office and IT tools (Office Suite)
- You can juggle several tasks without panicking.
- You are organized, versatile, and efficient
