FAQ Tireuses
I ask you a lot of questions, don’t I?
WhiteFrontier is a small team. We do our best to reply to your emails as quickly as possible, but to save time, we’ve gathered most common questions and answered them here. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us at shop@whitefrontier.ch
When will I receive my order?
Whitefrontier deliveries are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and once dispatched, they take 1 to 3 days to arrive at your doorstep.
Are deliveries available throughout Switzerland?
Yes, absolutely, even in the middle of Graubünden. Crazy, right?
Do you deliver outside of Switzerland?
Unfortunately not, we’ve chosen to stay local, but never say never…
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping rates:
- Orders under CHF 90: CHF 12
- Orders of CHF 90 or more: free
- Gift voucher delivery: CHF 5
Where is my order?
You should have received a tracking number when we shipped your order. With this code, you can track your parcel and imagine yourself sitting on the couch enjoying one of our beers. And that’s pretty nice.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
How should I store my beers?
The best way is to store your beers in a cool place. A cellar can work, but above 15°C is not recommended. Don’t leave your beers outside in winter, as it can get too cold, which isn’t good either. A temperature between 5 and 15°C is ideal.
How can I be sure my beers won’t arrive broken?
Yes, it’s true that bottles are fragile. That’s why we recommend choosing cans instead (see our article “cans vs bottles”). That said, if you prefer bottles, no problem at all, just note there is a slightly higher risk of breakage. If you receive a package with one or more broken beers, please take a photo of the box with as much detail as possible and send it to us at shop@whitefrontier.ch along with your order number.
I only received part of my order.
Usually, there’s nothing to worry about. For heavy parcels, which is often the case with beer, the postal service may split shipments into two. So you might receive your order in two separate deliveries. If the rest of your order doesn’t arrive, feel free to email us at shop@whitefrontier.ch with your order number.
What should I do if my beer is past its best-before date?
When we package a beer, we are required to include a best-before date. Beyond being mandatory, it also helps us indicate the ideal time frame to enjoy each recipe. For example, hop-forward beers lose their aromas faster than malt-driven beers.
That said, there is absolutely no risk in drinking a beer past its best-before date.
