Co-Leadership
WhiteFrontier is led by two passionate individuals with very different backgrounds, united by the same ambition: to build an independent brewery that inspires people to fully embrace their adventures.
Tom is the head brewer. Curious, creative, and meticulous, he is constantly developing new recipes, exploring unexpected ingredients, and pushing the boundaries of what craft beer can be.
Carole oversees the development of the brand and the business. Passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing, and customer experience, she ensures that every beer, every event, and every project tells a story worth sharing.
Together, they form a complementary duo who believe that beer is much more than a beverage. It is a way to bring people together, spark discovery, and create lasting memories along the journey.

CRAFTERS
A crafter is what you call someone who likes to feel alive. It comes from our slogan, “Craft your life”. A crafter is someone who takes small risks on a daily basis to build a life that gives them a buzz. Even if we don't always know what gets us going, the important thing is to try it out and go on an adventure every now and then, without knowing what will happen. And luckily, we don't know what's waiting for us—life would be too monotonous if we did. As Haruki Murakami says, "Of course, there are risks. But risk is the spice of life.”
This mindset inspires and encourages us to get going, too. So, we decided to give a little help to the crafters we admire who have crossed paths with us along the way
