After a intense winter, time for light, fresh air, and new desires.
For this Q1 launch, we didn’t simply brew four beers.
We imagined four destinations, four characters, four birds, each embodying an emotion, a season, a moment to experience.
A range that drinks like turning a globe:
California → New Zealand → Tropics → England.
From raw sunshine to understated elegance, from explosive fruit to crystalline precision.
Welcome to a spring with wings.
🦜COCO – TROPICAL ESCAPE
COCO is a fulfilled promise:A Piña Colada… beer edition.
This 7.0% Smoothie Gose plays the card of immediate pleasure.
Brewed with pineapple purée, coconut, a hint of salt and a touch of lactose, it balances indulgence and freshness.
On the nose: grated coconut, ripe pineapple, vanilla cream.
A solar, enveloping scent, almost dessert-like… but never heavy.
On the palate: silky texture, soft attack quickly balanced by a light salinity.
The pineapple brings zest, the coconut coats the mouth, the whole remains surprisingly fluid.
Little bitterness, little aggressive acidity:
COCO is a beer of direct enjoyment, made for escape, prolonged laughter, and moments when you willingly forget the time.
The parrot on the label? Let’s just say it looks like you after two drinks.
🐦 ALFRED – DARK ELEGANCE
ALFRED closes the journey on a subdued note.
A 3.8% Dark Mild, brewed in collaboration with Lervig,
reviving a rare British style: low alcohol, plenty of soul.
The nose evokes toasted bread, hazelnut, brown caramel, dark chocolate.
A gentle warmth, comforting, almost literary.
On the palate: light roundness, biscuit malts, dark caramel, a hint of nut.
Bitterness is low, the finish soft and dry, subtly mineral.
ALFRED is not a beer that shouts.
It is a beer that speaks softly, but for a long time.
The kind of can you open when the light fades and conversations become interesting.
🐥 OSOL – NEW ZEALAND PRECISION
OSOL plays a different score: fewer decibels, more clarity.
A 5.3% DDH New Zealand Pilsner, born from a collaboration with Bierlab in Zürich, placing finesse at the centre of the game.
The nose is crystalline: lime, citrus zest, white grape.
Herbal and slightly floral notes complete a composition of near-mineral purity.
On the palate, the attack is dry and lively. Citrus dominates, supported by a straight, elegant bitterness without excess.
The finish is clean, slightly mineral, with a herbal persistence that naturally invites the next sip.
OSOL is the beer for lovers of clear lines.
Less noise, more precision.
A freshness that doesn’t try to impress – it simply asserts itself.
🐦 SOCAL – CALIFORNIA IN A CAN
SOCAL is West Coast energy translated into beer.
A 5.0% DDH XPA, clear, bright, ultra approachable… but never boring.
Designed as an invitation to the second sip before you even finish the first.
On the nose, a tropical postcard: mango, papaya, passion fruit, lifted by lemon, fresh herbs and a touch of pine.
On the palate, the texture is lively, light, fluid.
A fruity, citrusy attack that glides into a dry, clean finish with controlled bitterness.
The twist? A modern, confident hop bill: Strata, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Hyperboost.
An intense, solar aromatic signature, calibrated for terraces, the return of sunshine, and the “just one more”.
SOCAL is the sound of waves… hopped up.
