WhiteFrontier brunch: a gourmet Sunday with a touch of beer

At WhiteFrontier, brunch is a unique experience where you can enjoy beer in all its forms, even on your plate! Conceived by Célie, our beer sommelier, this convivial moment combines her love of good coffee, a generous breakfast and a beer apéro.

Her challenge? Revisiting brunch classics with a daring brewery twist and surprising food and beer pairings.

Menu (CHF 40.- / adult)

🍽 A generous & gourmet buffet: a cuisine inspired by the world of brewing (drèche, beer reduction, beer sauce, etc.). Home-made granola, cheeses, cold meats, pastries, savoury and sweet tarts, cakes, brioche... and many other delights that change with the seasons (can you see the little vanilla blueberry cheesecake to go with our fruity sour of the moment?).

👨‍🍳 A home-cooked plate of your choice, with inspired recipes and a touch of beer in certain dishes such as avocado toast, American-style pancakes or delicious club sandwiches.

☕ A hot drink (Classic or flavoured coffee, hot chocolate for the kids)

🍺 A 3dl beer or an EASY beer cocktail, carefully selected to accompany your brunch.

💦 A large jar of infused water (mint, cucumber, lemon, ginger) is available for a refreshing break.

📅 One Sunday a month.

⏰ A choice of two slots: 11.30am or 12.30pm I 15 people max per slot.

👶 Children are welcome! Their brunch is 10 CHF + their age, to be paid on the spot (please mention them in the comments when ordering). Children up to 12 years old.

Cancellation policy: in the event of a ‘No Show*’, no refund is possible.
