Our Taproom, directly adjacent to the brewery, is much more than just a beer bar:

Mission
To ensure quality service and impeccable customer advice, embodying our brewery's values of quality and innovation. The candidate will contribute to the Taproom's customer experience and be an integral part of the Whitefrontier team. He or she will be supervised by the Operations Manager and the Hospitality Manager.
Main responsibilities
Customer service and advice
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide fast and accurate service while maintaining high quality standards.
- Advise customers on our beers and dishes, sharing in-depth knowledge (or actively learning) of the brewing world and the Whitefrontier universe.
- Serve and ensure that beers are served correctly.
- Clear tables and listen to customers.
Collaboration and Dynamism
- Work closely with the young and dynamic Taproom team.
- Be a driving force behind the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Lead brewery tours.
Maintain Quality Standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Comply with health and safety standards (HACCP).
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Participate in various operational activities to support the team.
- React with agility to unforeseen needs related to events or special projects.
Profile sought
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar service position, ideally in the food service sector.
- Knowledge of the brewing world or curiosity to learn.
Personal qualities
- Dynamism and ability to integrate into a young, motivated team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
- Ability to work and stay clear-headed in stressful situations.
- Good management of priorities and proactivity.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, with numerous events and projects.
Other requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
