White Frontier is a rapidly growing independent craft brewery based in Martigny (VS).
We are looking for an experienced Senior Packaging Operator to join our production team and take responsibility for our packaging operations.
You will be responsible for the daily operation, adjustment, reliability, and maintenance of our packaging equipment, including the canning, bottling, and kegging lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuity of production.
This position is 100% dedicated to packaging. We are looking for someone who wants to specialize in packaging and build a long-term career.

- Work location: Martigny, Valais, Switzerland
- Hours: Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday (100% over 4 days)

Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in packaging (brewery production highly appreciated)
- Legal age and authorization to work in a production environment (18+)
- Reliable, organized, and quality-oriented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical skills and maintenance experience highly valued
- Ability to manage a packaging line independently and responsibly
- Clear motivation for a position exclusively in packaging (not a transitional role to brewing)
- Forklift operation (training available)
- Seeking a stable, long-term position in a growing company
Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list)
- Operation, adjustment, and optimization of can, bottle, and keg lines
- Ensuring smooth production and preventing downtime
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical and mechanical problems
- First-level maintenance and basic mechanical interventions
- Coordination of external maintenance interventions if necessary
- Quality control (fill levels, crimping, keg integrity, carbonation, O₂, etc.)
- Strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (CIP, cleaning procedures)
- Close collaboration with the brewing, logistics, and management teams
- Active contribution to improving the reliability, efficiency, and organization of the packaging area
