At WhiteFrontier, pushing boundaries is in our DNA. Every quarter, we unveil four brand new recipes that are true sensory capsules, exploring uncharted brewing territory. Today, we are delighted to present our four cosmic new products, each designed to take you further, higher... to the heart of the imagination.
1. Shooting Star — Cryo Fresh Hazy IPA (6,0 %)
Imagine a shooting star: fleeting, bright, intense. That's exactly what Shooting Star represents, our Hazy IPA brewed with Yakima Chief's Cryo Fresh™ Citra and Krush™ hops. These hops, frozen immediately after picking, retain all the freshness of the most volatile aromatic molecules. Subtle oils that often evaporate when hops are dried or stored.
On the nose, Shooting Star shines: ripe mango, fresh lime, passion fruit and aromatic resin. A juicy, vibrant explosion.
On the palate, its texture is silky, almost cloudy. The attack on mango and lime is light, the finish sweet and without bitterness: a subtle and luminous balance.
It is cosmic freshness, as if you were tasting a field of hops under the Milky Way.
2. Super Nova — Cryo Fresh Double NEIPA (8,5 %)
More than just a beer: a gravitational event. Super Nova is a Double NEIPA that takes the Cryo Fresh™ experiment to its peak. Enriched with Citra and Krush Cryo Fresh™ from Yakima Chief, it concentrates all the intensity of freshly harvested hops.
The nose offers an impressive aromatic density: very ripe mango, candied lime, resolute resin, yellow fruits, and a sweet undertone.
On the palate, it is velvety, rich and enveloping. The alcohol amplifies the juiciness without exploding, and a well-balanced bitterness balances it all out, for a gradual rise in power.
Super Nova is a hoppy supernova: powerful, luminous, irresistible.
3. Deep Space — Brownie Pastry Stout (7,0 %)
Welcome to the dark side of indulgence. Deep Space is a Pastry Stout inspired by the world of desserts: brewed with cocoa and lactose, and enhanced with the aromatic Californian essence Abstrax Hops®, capable of recreating surprising profiles (fruit, resin, herbs).
The nose is intense and enveloping: deep dark chocolate, vanilla cream, burnt caramel, and a subtle vegetal note reminiscent of pine or even hemp.
On the palate, the texture is dense and silky, like a melt-in-the-mouth brownie: chocolate, vanilla milk, brown sugar. But the finish brings an unexpected touch: resinous, slightly herbaceous, balancing the sweetness and transforming it into a sensory journey.
It's a bit like a space cake: indulgence meets innovation.

4. Vitamin Rocket — ACE Fruit Sour (6,0 %)
Finally, for a vitamin-packed escape, hop aboard Vitamin Rocket: a solar-powered ACE (orange, carrot, lemon) fruit sour. It combines the lively acidity of citrus fruits (orange, lemon) with the smooth, earthy sweetness of carrot, creating a juicy and elegant cocktail.
The nose is sparkling: fresh orange, juicy lemon, tangy candy, and a slight vegetal touch reminiscent of grated carrot.
On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing thanks to the citrus fruits, then the carrot gains in sweetness. A slight salinity deepens the finish and brings a profound, almost ‘recharged’ dimension.
Vitamin Rocket is a liquid sunrise. A dose of pep to boost your mood.
