Our chef Nicolas is a young, creative and ambitious chef who revisits streetfood classics with a beer twist.
All these dishes are the perfect accompaniment to the 20 draught beers we brew right behind the big glass window.
The concept is simple: a menu of dishes to share or keep to yourself. Everything is homemade and seasonal.
The kitchen is open Wednesday to Saturday evenings (5:30pm-9pm) and Friday and Saturday lunchtimes (11:30am-2pm).
Every day, we also offer Valais-style planks.
